OPHCC BOARD PRESIDENT & POLICY ADVISOR

Commissioner, Clallam County, District One – Commissioner Ozias is honored to serve as the Clallam County Commissioner representing District One, which is the east end of the county that includes Sequim. 

​Community health and nutrition are among his primary interests and he is pleased to be a part of the Olympic Peninsula Healthy Community Coalition which is providing essential and visionary leadership in these arenas.  Mark’s favorite place to be when not working or cooking is on the Olympic Discovery Trail, walking the dogs and enjoying this amazing place we call home.

REBEKAH MILLER

OPHCC BOARD SECRETARY

Program Manager/Counselor, Clallam County Economic Development Council – Rebekah Miller is a native Washingtonian and graduate of Washington State University. In 2022, she was hired by the Clallam County Economic Development Council to establish a Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) to serve Clallam and Jefferson Counties.

Her most recent experience as the development director at Peninsula Behavioral Health reinforced her aspiration to improve people’s lives, and she believes that this new position will strengthen our community’s economic position by helping small businesses thrive when they succeed in the government workplace.

Building partnerships and coalitions energize Rebekah. She looks forward to forging new relationships and strengthening established ones to help propel us toward a flourishing future. 

ANDRA SMITH

OPHCC BOARD TREASURER

Executive Director, Sequim Food Bank ​ – Since 2016, Andra has been in the director position, but has been active at the Sequim Food Bank for many years, helping with food drives and fundraising as well as bookkeeping. She feels that when living in a rural and somewhat isolated area such as ours, helping each other is essential for success.

​As active partners in the Peninsula Food Coalition and the Olympic Peninsula Healthy Community Coalition, Andra and fellow partners are creating a unique network – working together, collaborating, and creating relationships to increasing access of fresh food and creating a healthy community.

DONNA PACHECO

OPHCC BOARD DIRECTOR & MARKETING LIAISON

Senior Marketing Coordinator, Olympic Medical Center – Donna began her career as a typesetter and then desktop production manager at a national and regional magazine publishing company in Colorado.

Now as marketing coordinator at Olympic Medical Center, Donna assists with advertising and marketing efforts, event planning, internal communications and wellness activities. She enjoys supporting the OPHCC in promoting healthy habits.

DIANA REAUME

OPHCC BOARD DIRECTOR

Superintendent of Quillayute Valley School District in Forks – In her 35th year in the education profession, Diana is passionate about equitable practices which support learning through a whole-child approach and works tirelessly to ensure there are systems in place to support quality teaching and learning.  She is deeply passionate about making sure that every student has a safe, nurturing and personal learning environment. Diana believes in respect, integrity and commitment and models these core covenants daily for her students, staff, and colleagues. 

As a professional, Diana currently serves as a leader on various state level boards and committees: Executive Board for Washington Schools Risk Management Pool (WSRMP), Regional President of the Olympic ESD for the Washington Association of School Administrators (WASA) and Vice Chair of the Forks Chamber of Commerce.

Diana along with her husband and son, own and operate Reaume Organic Farms, with the goal of providing the freshest and cleanest produce to the West End.
